Can I test Mindverse beforehand?

Yes! You can register for free and generate 40 texts. There is no time limit for this. You can test Mindverse until you have exhausted the 40 requests. You cannot test the Premium and Premium Plus features with this access. However, we will be happy to show you the power of these features in an individual demo conversation.

What counts as a "request"?

We want to keep the use of Mindverse as simple as possible. Therefore, we do not calculate the number of generated words or characters, but usually count one text generation as one request.For some engines that can write longer texts, the generation consumes several requests. This is always shown separately.

Example:With the Basic package you can have 450 product descriptions written per month, because the engine generates two product descriptions per run and consumes two requests for this.

Are the generated texts unique? Is it possible that my text is also generated for another user?

The AI generates each text individually on request. Therefore, no pre-collected sentences or text templates are used. If several users create a text with the same parameters and keywords, the result will be completely different texts. Thus, each time a text is generated, you get a unique text.

How are requests counted during image generation?

Per triggering of an image generation, one request is debited and you usually receive 4 images as a result.

How may I use the created images?

It is up to you to assess whether you can or may use and publish images with the respective content. Mindverse is not liable for any trademark or other claims. The use of images created with Mindverse is subject to the Terms and Conditions.

What are the advantages of working with Mindverse?

If you frequently write texts, you can save yourself a lot of time, effort and money by using Mindverse for text creation. Our software creates error-free content for you in just a few seconds. Moreover, Mindverse can do even more, for example, create diagrams or images with AI.

Who owns the generated texts? For what purposes can I use the texts?

The generated texts are your property. Consequently, you can use the texts for any purpose.

What is the cost of using Mindverse?

We offer 3 packages: Basic, Premium and Premium Plus. These packages differ in the number of queries included per month, the number of AI-generated images and access to additional tools. All subscriptions are cancelable on a monthly basis.

How can I learn how to best use Mindverse ?

For each engine you will find the "Help for this engine" field. If you select this field, a popup opens with help on how to best use the respective engine. In addition, you have the option of watching a series of tutorial videos in the Mindverse Academy. You can find the Mindverse Academy in your dashboard under the menu item "Academy".

Are unused quotas (requests) carried over at the end of the month?

No, at the end of the month your quota of requests will be set to 0 again. No requests from the last month will be carried over.

How long are the generated texts?

It depends on the text engine used. With the "Advertising Headline" text engine, a sentence is generated, while with the "Key Points to Text" engine, an entire paragraph is created.

My text is cut off/interrupted, what can I do about it?

This is because our engines have a maximum output length. So the AI creates a text with the maximum number of characters which can cause the last sentence to stop in the middle. To avoid this problem, we recommend reducing the length of the input and removing unnecessary information from the input. Otherwise the AI will not be able to include all the details in the output text within the character limit.

I get the same text several times, what is the reason?

Unfortunately, this can happen sometimes. Mostly it is because the input text is too long and contains too many details. We recommend that you use the sample input for the respective engine as a guide. You can find it by clicking on the text "Help for this engine".

My generated text is wrong. What is the reason?

The AI is trained on billions of different parameters and can thus generate unique texts on any topic. To get your desired result, we recommend generating an output several times with the same input. Additionally, you can use the tips that appear in the dashboard.When doing live research, depositing website or uploading data (PDF, Word), the result does not match the given data source.When depositing data, there are various things that can go wrong: For example, some web pages can not be read by machines and for some searches on the Internet there are not enough good Google results.For other data uploads, depending on the type, there are upper limits as to the length or number of pages. It is also possible that documents are too complex (tables in PDFs) or that audio files have a poor quality.

Is my data safe?

Data security is our top priority. All the data we collect and store is secured by multi-level encryption techniques. These techniques include both symmetric and asymmetric encryption methods that ensure your data is secure even during transmission. We also use the most stringent security standards and protocols and work with industry-leading security service providers to further strengthen the protection of your data.Please note that we will only use your data for the purposes we clearly communicated at the time of collection.
